No, you cannot pull a building permit on an RV and almost all Tiny Homes are built on an RV Platform. However, there are some forward thinking counties adopting RVIA as their permitting process for Tiny Homes. You can pull a building permit on our future HUD-Homestead series of tiny homes and treat them as real property.
Depending on our backlog approximately 2-3 months from the time you place an order. We have two facilities at our Chesnee location so we can speed up without sacrificing quality. We also have new 2023 stock inventory ready for immediate purchase.
You can schedule an appointment to visit our plant or conveniently place an order online—either way, we ensure a hassle-free process. Our payment structure involves a 5% down payment, followed by 45% due one month before the build date, with the remaining balance settled upon completion. Throughout the construction, we maintain regular communication and send you progress photos regularly. Additionally, we compile a file link containing process pictures that we share with you upon project completion.
Sweet-Haus does not offer in house financing. *Remember, tiny homes are RVs so we recommend RV financing, personal loans, signature loans, or HELOC. Here are some lenders we recommend; Lightstream.com, Truist bank, 21st Century, Triad.
Yes, we make all arrangements for the safe, professional transport and installation of your Sweet-Haus to your property. The Inspiration Series consist of (3) designer packages: The Farmhouse | Sedona | Wilderness *All (3) have lots of options such as: 1/2 loft, Add backdoor to bedroom, delete Porch, delete appliances, remove specific built-ins, add side door entry, and of course all color paletts are interchangeable.

Yes, we typically have stock units available for immediate sale. These can be delivered withing 2-3 weeks from placing your order (depending on weather and readiness of your site).
