Sweet-Haus Debuts the New Trailhead Model at the CARVC Conference

Sweet-Haus is proud to debut its new Trailhead model at the CARVC Conference, introducing a thoughtfully designed housing solution created specifically for RV parks, resorts, and hospitality destinations. The Trailhead is a 1 bed, 1 bath home featuring a full bathroom, a built-in fireplace, and an efficient layout designed for comfort, durability, and long-term use.

Designed with a modern yet cozy aesthetic, the Trailhead blends clean lines with warm, inviting details to create a space guests immediately feel at home in. Built with high-quality materials and construction standards intended for extended use, the model is well suited for short-term stays and resort environments where reliability and guest experience matter.

The Trailhead offers multiple customization options to meet a wide range of operational and guest needs. The base model measures 290 square feet, providing an efficient, high-performing footprint. Optional upgrades include a 5-foot rear porch with a sliding glass door and integrated porch heater, or an expanded 350-square-foot living space designed to accommodate two beds for increased sleeping capacity.

Additional customization options include the ability to replace the standard shower pan with a tub/shower combination, as well as the option to add a sleeping loft with dormers, creating space for additional beds and maximizing vertical square footage.
