At approximately 290 square feet, this studio layout features a built-in king bed, creating a seamless and space-efficient sleeping area that feels intentional and elevated. A cozy fireplace anchors the living space, adding warmth, ambiance, and year-round appeal for guests.

The Trailhead includes a full bathroom, dedicated closet, and a smartly designed kitchenette complete with a wine fridge, making it perfectly suited for weekend stays and extended short-term rentals alike. Every square foot is used with purpose, resulting in a cabin that feels larger than its footprint.

Layout & Length Options

Base Configuration

• The standard Trailhead is 29 feet in length with the rear 5-foot porch removed and a large horizontal slider window (5’10” x 4’6”) in place of the sliding glass door.

Sliding Glass Door Option

• The sliding glass door can be added back as an optional upgrade on the base model.

Porch Options

• A 5-foot rear porch is available as an upgrade and can be equipped with a porch heater for added comfort and extended seasonal use.

Expanded Living Option

• The living space can be extended an additional 5 feet, replacing the porch area.
• This configuration includes two queen beds in a hotel-style layout
• A shared nightstand between the beds
• No porch included unless added separately as an option

Bathroom Options

• A 54-inch tub/shower combo is available as an alternative to the standard shower layout.

Loft & Dormer Options

• A loft can be added above the bathroom, hallway, and closet area, complete with dormer windows for additional light and space.
• Loft can span the full width of the cabin for maximum flexibility and storage or sleeping potential
